- Compliance with recognized standards:
Our website is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and EN 301 549. - Ongoing tests with assistive technologies:
We regularly test usability with color contrast analysis, color blindness simulators and other technologies. - Ongoing training:
Our teams receive ongoing training on accessible design and accessible development. - Structured navigation:
Understandable, clear, consistent navigation menus and easy findability facilitate orientation and improve usability. - Optimal readability:
High contrasts and easy-to-read font sizes ensure that content can be easily grasped even with visual limitations. - Flexible, scalable display:
Our website can be easily enlarged or reduced in size using common browsers - for a customized view. - User-friendly videos:
Videos do not start automatically, and offer full control options regarding playback, volume and pause functions. - Transparent information & feedback option:
We provide information about our measures on this accessibility page. Below you will also find a form to report any barriers you may encounter to our company.
Barriers that still exist on our Website
Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, there are still some areas that we would like to improve further. We are currently aware of the following potential barriers:
- Video content:
Some videos do not yet have subtitles or audio descriptions. - Image descriptions:
In some cases, alternative texts for images are still missing to make the content accessible to screen reader users. - Foreign and technical language:
In some places, we use terms in other languages or specialist terminology that are not always immediately understandable. - PDF documents:
Not all documents offered for download are currently fully accessible.
We are working to remove these barriers and welcome any information that helps us to do so.
